What the AI Companion IS NOT
- Not a therapist, counsellor, or psychologist. It cannot provide clinical mental health treatment.
- Not a doctor or medical professional. It cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments.
- Not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 000. For emotional support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
- Not a replacement for human connection. It is designed to complement, never replace, real human relationships.
AI Limitations
Our AI companion uses advanced language models, but it has important limitations:
- It may not always understand context, sarcasm, or nuanced emotional states.
- It can make mistakes and occasionally provide inaccurate information.
- It does not have access to real-time information or external databases.
- It cannot take actions in the real world, make purchases, or contact services on your behalf.
